We do not have a permanently manned show house. Instead we employ one of our residents, Mrs Simmons, who will show you around her own home. She lives in a Mark 10a house. 

To make a site visit we ask you first to contact our office by telephone on 01803-832663.  Please try our office first, but if for any reason you cannot contact our office then try Mrs Simmons direct on 01237 441229.

Mrs Simmons will only accept visitors by appointment. 

We do not advise you to visit the site without an appointment. If you do you will not be able to see around the inside of any properties.

Public Transport  The nearest train station is Barnstaple.  Generally the coaches serve this area better then the trains as they go to Bideford from where you can get a local bus. There are at least five busses a day from Hartland to Bideford, the bus takes about an hour.   Useful contact numbers:    Coach Information  0870 6082608      Train Information 0345/484950.   Bus times 01271 382800.
