Several Mark 9s were built in Heywood Close. Some now have conservatories to the rear. The upstairs of this house is smaller than the downstairs. The upstairs rooms have sloping ceilings. Some have Velux roofwindows as drawn here, others have a dormer window to one of the bedrooms. Most have a shower room upstairs and a bathroom downstairs. Some plots may vary. Downstairs there is a room that can be either a bedroom or a dining room. It is drawn as a bedroom here. We don't have plans to build more Mark 9s but they do sometimes come up on the market as resales.
