Mark 8 house

Two Mark 8s were built in Heywood Close.  

The upstairs of this house is smaller than the downstairs. The upstairs bathroom has a sloping ceiling.  At the front the bedrooms look like a true two storey house.

Downstairs there is a room that can be either a bedroom or a dining room.   It is drawn as a dining room here. 

We don't have plans to build more Mark 8s but they do sometimes come up on the market as resales.
