The garage is alongside the bungalow next to the living room. The driveway to the garage is brick paved and also serves as the path to the front door.

The living room is a good size with a natural space for the dining table close to the kitchen. There are patio doors looking directly at the rear garden which faces east on the plots under construction. The doors into the kitchen are glass doors (a pair) similar to those used in the Mark 10 house. The conservatory forms  an extension to the living space and is double glazed with further patio doors to the garden.

The other end of the bungalow has three bedrooms, a bathroom, and an en-suite shower room to the master bedroom. The two larger bedrooms face west on the plots being built looking directly at a large landscaped area. There are fitted cupboard in various places. Sound proofing across the party wall is specially increased and is of a very high standard. Heat insulation is also of a very high standard.

The bungalow has unusual windows in the kitchen and main bathroom—they are overhead in the ceiling. These are easily opened and provide natural light and direct ventilation. Its not easy to show you how this works on paper but we will try to show you on your site visit. Both rooms end up with good natural light and are well ventilated.

All windows are double glazed upvc and the fascias are also upvc. Some plots have a bay window.
