This 3 bed bungalow plan shows you what is being built on plots 10, 11 and 12 Gifford Close. These are detached bungalows. The garage is alongside the bungalow next to the living room. The driveway to the garage is brick paved and also serves as the path to the front door.

On entering the bungalow through a small draught lobby one arrives in the lounge / dining room. There is a bay window in the dining room end. The kitchen is shown open plan to the dining room but could be divided off if preferred. The living room has patio doors which open into a conservatory. There are three bedrooms, a family bathroom and an en-suite bathroom with the master bedroom.

On these plots the kitchen and dining room face south onto Gifford Close. The conservatory is on the north side of the bungalow. We have not built this bungalow type before so don’t have any photos we can show you at this time. This bungalow is designed with an increased thermal insulation specification. There are fitted cupboards in the two larger bedrooms.
