This house is a variation of our popular Mark 10 house type. For availability see Latest Information

Living room - large and with patio door to the conservatory which will be built as standard.

Bedrooms - Bedroom 1 is a nice size room with an en-suite bathroom. The others are also quite large however and this will feel a very spacious house. Bedrooms 2 and 4 are the ones over the garage.

Kitchen Diner - This is a nice room which works well as drawn but you can have two separate rooms instead if you prefer.

Garage - entrance drive brick paved, no tarmac or chippings to maintain. The bedrooms upstairs project forward at the front giving shelter to the front door area. Why not ask us for an electric garage door, then you can drive in when its raining without getting wet.

Conservatory -  The conservatory is an optional extra, one that most people will want to have. It will have large patio doors opening onto the garden plus lots of opening windows -  taken together these provide lots of potential ventilation to avoid overheating. Wall blinds are included in the price.

Specification -. Windows  all u-pvc with a wide airgap to the double glazing (16mm cavity). Patio doors now have 22mm double glazing. All fascias and soffits are upvc so the only external painting the property will need will be the walls themselves and the front door.  Front doors now come from  IG Weatherbeater - these excellent doors are very windproof and secure and are also insulated for extra warmth.  Front doors have a double glazed glass panel with an attractive pattern. A shower enclosure to main family bathroom is included in the house price, as is a fridge, a built in ceramic hob and double oven (AEG), and a generous garden patio area.
