Patio doors now have 22mm double glazing to minimize condensation. All fascias and
soffits are upvc so the only external painting the property will need will be the
walls themselves and the front door. Front doors now come from IG Weatherbeater -these
excellent doors are actually made of steel with a high insulation core but
they look exactly like a moulded timber door. (they don't bend or warp so they
stay draught proof better and surprisingly they are also warmer - we have
found them much better than the timber doors we used to use). Front doors
have a double glazed glass panel with an attractive pattern. .
