Living room 13'9" x 11'8" Bedroom 1 13'9" x 7'8" (13'9" includes the cupboard) Kitchen 9'2" x 5'3" The Mark 1 bungalow has been built only twice on our estate in Hartland on plots 6 and 7 Heard Close and is now available as a resale only. The bungalow is designed especially for a single person but it can also meet the needs of a couple. The location of the two bungalows is a very attractive corner of Heard Close which is fairly sheltered and which looks really nice now the landscaping has matured. One enters the bungalow into the sitting room which is provided with a focal point fire. The furniture on the drawing is to scale and shows a practical arrangement of the room. The kitchen has an external window and an extract fan positioned in the ceiling. It is not large enough to take a dishwasher and one would expect most purchasers to have a fridge freezer to make the best use of the space. The bathroom is provided with a large cupboard which is specially designed to accommodate a washing machine and tumble drier. The bathroom has an openable roof window which provides natural light and ventilation. The one bedroom is just large enough for a standard double bed but this has slightly restricted access on either side if placed centrally so we have shown it placed in the corner on the drawing. You can of course have just a single bed if that is all you need. The Mark 1 is positioned on the end of a terrace of bungalows and occupies a corner position of the terrace. Plot 6 and 7 Heard Close are adjacent and occupy the same location as could have taken one end of terrace three bedroomed bungalow. Plot 6 faces the ‘rear’ garden and plot 7 faces the ‘front’. The particular location is hard to describe, you need to see it to understand how it works. Both plots have a garage in the adjacent block of garages. Plot 6 has a conservatory also. The garage to plot 7 is at the end of its garden. The path through the garden of Plot 7 is used to access the front doors of both plots. |
