Both the yellow and green plots look out onto a landscaped area at the entrance to Gifford Close.  This is already planted and looking very attractive and can be seen in the photos of the site in the photo gallery.

Gifford Close is mostly complete now, with just 3 plots left to be sold, plots 10,11 and 12.  The far end of Chubby Croft Close on the right of the drawing has roads and sewers in place but mostly the dwellings there are not yet started.  All the area to the south of the green highlighting is finished and sold.
