Shown above are Gifford Close and Chubby Croft Close. In yellow is no 12 Gifford Close, plots 10 and 11 and to its left. Outlined in green are plots 6 and 8 Chubby Croft Close recently finished. 

Gifford Close is mostly complete now, with just 2 plots left to be sold, plots 10 and 11. The far end of Chubby Croft Close on the right of the drawing has roads and sewers in place but mostly the dwellings there are not yet started.  All the area to the south of the green highlighting is finished and sold.

At the entrance to Gifford Close is a landscaped area at the entrance to Gifford Close.  This is already planted and looking very attractive and can be seen in the photos of the site in the photo gallery.
