We have now roofed two Mark 6 bungalows on plots 6 and 8 Chubby Croft Close.

They will not be ready until about May.  If you may be interested in them let us know and we will let you know how they progress and when they become available.  Price is likely to be around £200,000. The location is looking west at an attractive area of  landscaping.  The rear gardens face east.  The floor plan will be the same as the Mark 6 bungalows built on plots 1-4 Gifford Close, see link at right. 

We have also started one of three detached bungalows in Gifford Close but this will not be ready until end 2010. This will be a Mark 14, for a plan please ring us.
