New Properties We have recently sold 2 properties, 4 and 5 Gifford Close, and also taken a reservation on 8 Gifford Close (which is now with solicitors moving towards exchange of contracts). We are building a detached bungalow, plot 9 Gifford Close. This has three double bedrooms and will be sold for £249,950. It is on a corner plot and has a west facing garden ideal for catching evening sun. There are two bathrooms. It will be ready around end summer, currently it is roofed but with inside work at an early stage. There is a plan in the brochure, give us a ring and we will post one to you, plan not on website yet. We have also started some Mark 10a houses on plots 6 and 7 Gifford Close. These will be ready around end 2008 or early 2009. These are semidetached. The plots are not quite identical - plot 7 has a separate detached garage and the space within the main building normally used for a garage will become a dining room.
