Keeping a website up to date is difficult.   There are so many pages that something can be out of date without us knowing about it.  There are times when we find we cannot update the site at all because of problems with our own computer or with our ISP.  Please regard all the information on this website as provisional, not a contractual offer and subject to confirmation later in the sale process.  We composed this site ourselves without external advisors using Microsoft Frontpage.   We have deliberately avoided backgrounds, buttons and many other design features. Content, providing information, is our focus. We have tried to keep the site easy to navigate with links from every page to key places.
