Short term:   The availability of particular housetypes changes quite fast. Reservations sometimes fall through at unexpected times.   It is always a good idea to ring us and check if we have what you want.  If we know you are looking out for a particular housetype not currently available we can keep a note of your details and let you know if one comes onto the market.           See Latest Information

Medium and Long Term:  The likely order of development from now on is

1. plot 5 Gifford Close   early 2008   Mark 10a house type 

2. plots 6/7 Gifford Close   later on in 2008       semi detached Mark 10a houses

3. plot 8 Gifford Close   end 2008   detached mark 10a house type

4. we may have a detached bungalow available on plot 9 Gifford Close in early 2009

5. After this there will be six further Mark 10a houses, semidetached, completing Gifford Close

6. After that we will complete the rest of Chubby Croft Close.
