KAYAKING IN DARTMOUTH
Hi, and welcome!
On holiday?: please browse the links at
left to see the sort of paddling we do. If you are on holiday
one of our instructors may be able to take you out for a paddle in
return for a donation to our club equipment fund.
Groups: if you are a member of a group
looking for a fun outing we may be able to host a visit from you, see
link at left.
Locals: if you live locally
please come and
join our club. We paddle every Sunday morning, and there are midweek
paddles on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Once you are past the
initial learning you can use the club boats at any other time that
suits you. We also have lots of social paddles - often going upriver
for meals in a pub or barbecues beside the river.
Small Kids?: This year we
have two new inflatable kayaks, especially for people with primary
school age children. They are easy to use and you can go out on Monday/Wednesday/Friday
etc ie not on club nights with them if you want. We have childrens
sizes for wetsuits lifejackets and windproofs. Ring Tim for details.
