Here is a selection of things to learn next:

Once you know you can get out of a boat if it turns over there are some intermediate skills you can learn.  These don't actually require you to turn upside - for instance to practice rescues you can exit your boat by walking in from a beach or by sliding in off a raft of kayaks.
